Employer's obligation to update ERGANI Portal

We would like to inform our clients that the Minister of Labour has issued a Degree according to section 11(6) of the Transparent and Predictable Working Conditions Law.

Pursuant to this decree, all employers are obliged to submit the basic terms of employment of all their employees no later than 28th February 2025 through the ERGANI portal.
