Eleni Timotheou

Client Relationship Manager

Eleni joint Prudens in 2016 as a Client Relationship Manager. Following her secondary studies in Nicosia, Eleni proceeded to study Secretarial Studies at a college in Nicosia, Cyprus from where she received her degree in 1988. From 1988-2000 she worked for law firms and auditors' firms with emphasis on corporate and fiduciary matters. Since the year 2000, she has been working for financial organisations, including regulated companies, focusing on company registration and administration, provision of company secretary services, and issues pertaining to listed companies. She has obtained a hard-to-find familiarization with a multitude of Registrar of Companies and contractually related issues. Eleni regularly updates her knowledge in anti-money laundering legislation and regulation and corporate matters.
